Krzysztof Dembek is an experienced manager, advisor, and researcher with expertise in creating, managing impact, and using business models to advance sustainability and to address complex social and environmental problems. He is driven by the need to transit to zero carbon economy and more sustainable ways of doing business to while ensuring that ‘wicked problems’ are solved in ways that do not create new, or aggravate existing issues.

His work on creating and managing impact spans across many industries (including forestry, agri and mariculture, mining, and food), and problems (including poverty, and decarbonisation).

Krzysztof offers support for businesses, non-profits, capital providers, and policy makers in building solutions, strategies, and business models that deliver lasting, positive impact.
